A small word from the founders
Estytech was founded in 2023 in Mons, Belgium, driven by one simple conviction, that we had more to build together than each on our own. Our backgrounds and our skills naturally complement each other, and it's this complementarity that was the real starting point of Estytech, and that today makes it one of its greatest strengths.
We have both been working in the IT sector for several years, and it was this field we're passionate about that quickly stood out as the obvious choice for our desire to start a business. What mattered most to us was defining our own way of working: with high standards, with closeness, and with the conviction that a company's size should never come at the expense of the quality of its support.
In a world that moves ever faster and in which technology takes up more and more space, keeping people at the heart of what we do is essential.
This is the vision that continues to guide Estytech today. Every project we take on, whether it involves development, automation, or consulting, is handled with the same seriousness and commitment as if it were our own. We firmly believe that a human-sized company can bring real added value, precisely because it stays close to its clients and to their real challenges.
Today still, this approach remains at the heart of the way we work.
Our team
I'm convinced that technology can be a tremendous lever for our society, provided it's used wisely. It's this conviction that guides the way I work, starting from a concrete problem to arrive at the simplest and most effective solution possible.
I've had the chance to work on projects that were very different from one another, such as smart mobility systems, web platforms, mapping tools, search solutions... all within varied environments and teams. Large-scale projects are rarely carried out alone, and I've often had the opportunity to work alongside developers, analysts, project managers... All these collaborations have allowed me to gain experience. Good solutions often come out of discussion and from bringing different points of view together.
That's probably why I never wanted to confine myself to a single aspect of development. A project has to be understood as a whole. Understanding how the different building blocks fit together makes it possible to make better choices, and to anticipate problems before they arise. Technologies evolve quickly, and I believe the real skill isn't mastering one tool or another at a given moment, but knowing how to adapt and choose what genuinely matches a project's needs.
Today, at Estytech, I try to bring that same versatility to every assignment. A successful project isn't an accumulation of lines of code, it's above all a clear collaboration, where you truly understand what the client needs.
Currently pursuing a PhD in artificial intelligence at the University of Mons, my goal is to bring the ideal expertise to advise you on integrating AI within your business. Expertise I've shaped through participation in renowned AI conferences and international work experience, notably in Malmö and Abu Dhabi.
This experience has allowed me to become familiar with the full spectrum of artificial intelligence, from the most basic statistics to the most advanced AI techniques. It helps me today identify the AI solution best suited to each situation, so I can respond to your needs as effectively as possible while keeping integration costs under control.
As for my background, I've always been passionate about data, machine learning, and IT more broadly, so I naturally found my way into tech. Who would have thought that starting out by developing my own video games would one day lead me to co-found Estytech?
Outside of tech, which plays a major role in my life, I'm also a keen traveler, always ready to rack up 30,000 steps in a single day to explore every last corner of a place. Sport also holds a special place in my life, particularly football and NBA games. Just be careful if you bring up the Red Devils with me, that conversation could go on for quite a while...
